The Heap Princess’s words of wisdom for characters common to the Heaps. Each one of these comes true, though not within the range of Fantasticity currently.
Queen of the Heap: The poor fellow you keep booting out might be your greatest love, but as you know it would be a difficult relationship. Please consider that the next time you personally physically throw her out the casino door.
Anjing: You can’t see what’s in front of you (Heap Princess doesn’t realize Anjing is blind), in a few years when you’re both older and the distance between you shrinks, you’ll see how small the world is. However, right now, you’re far too young.
Tarou: It seems impossible now, but there’s a girl here who you’d actually like. She can see things you cannot, and you see things she cannot. Consider giving her less hell, even if the reason is because you’re working together. (Talking about Elle)
Elle: The person you seek is always there for you already. Of course, you probably don’t want to admit it any time soon. But maybe, just maybe, when you all move on, try to keep in contact. (talking about Tarou)
Chou: There’s a man here who’s like you, the exact opposite of who he wants to be. Under different circumstances, please try to meet. You can grow to become who you actually want to be together.
Shizu: You have yourself. (Shizu is ace, not necessarily aro too but I can’t see her with anyone at the moment) Treasure your friendships, they’re just as important if not moreso than any romantic adventure you might partake in.
Atlas: Someone is...not here in the Heaps. That person is...just a fan? I don’t understand this, but it seems that person is not a huge fan, but likes your work enough. If you can put your plans aside for an afternoon, you might be able to find this fellow.
Heizen: You’re not the only dragon in the city, and thus there’s a few phoenixes around here too. There’s one phoenix in particular you’re compatible with.
Miru: You’re a phoenix, looking for a partner dragon. Though, the life experience he has is much more than yours. (The Heap Princess often brings up how the two are already hooking up without realizing it but Miru’s often too drunk to remember that)
Amaya: I’m...I’m sorry...
Celia: I see no love could compete with the love you feel for your sister. Please come to me if something happens. (Celia forgets about this. She returns once to the Heaps by accident after something happens)
Taera: Please be careful, I can’t find your match if you can’t take care of yourself.

Rising's [redacted]

Among Fantasticity, there's the most popular idol group, Rising. Members include Lanying, Wuqiong, and [redacted]. Wuqiong is primarily the producer/manager, but steps in sometimes to perform as well. She has a small following, but nowhere near just Lanying and [redacted]. Lanying and [redacted] get along on a surface level but have never had the time or desire to get to know one another past that.
[redacted] is also a member of the Parades, but to each group, the other identity is a secret. Goes by Kreya in the idol group, and by [redacted 2] in the Parades. Both appearances are different enough, but she knows the act can't go on forever. [redacted] is in both groups purely for power/fame. She knows if the Parades knew of her idoldom, they'd take advantage of her connections and reputation, which she'd rather do on her own schedule.

[redacted] has two sets of fake identities. Names on documentation prior to entry to the Parades actually say "[redacted]", though it's also a placeholder name for the purposes of this post.

Timeline of [redacted]
-came to the city in pursuit of power
-scouted by Wuqiong, originally thought it was a stupid idea but came to the realization that it may be useful.
-joined Rising, which was the name chosen for the duo of Lanying and [redacted]. To get out of certain things and to free up her own schedule, suggested that Wuqiong also stand in the spotlight sometimes
-after about a year, bought a second identity in case it was necessary. Adopted a second act/personality/appearance to join the Parades
-Much lobbying/connections later, joined the Parades under a second name.
-Is about the sixth most powerful Parades member
-Is influential from her idol status

-a brilliant actor who can change identities with ease. She doesn't know she has this power, but uses it daily. Neither her identity in the Parades or in Rising are her real identities.

Fantasticity Building Masterpost

Basic List of Classes
Character List (links to designs, likely broken links. Outdated list)
CharaHub link (Character list up to date, not all have full body art linked)

Connections where there weren't connections.

(This list was a draft from May 2014)

-Miru (also a phoenix-sort of girl) and Heizen (also a dragon) have crushes on one another but don't realize it. Miru thinks it's just one of those phases like every other person she's been with (which is a ton).
-Miru is possibly the only person Ara doesn't look down on.
-Ven and Miru enjoy one another's fashion taste. On the other hand, Roy let Ven "help" him in that regard and wound up regretting it.
-Tarou and Miru hook up when they're both still around at last call. They're somewhat decent friends (though they both know that friendship won't last too long), and play one another's wingmen when needed.
-Miru sometimes works for a news blog sort of place. She's generally good getting info from politicians and other local scandals. She met Wineberry through this.
-At this place, Wineberry's the photographer. She flies around (and tell no one how she gets her photos).
-Hua is the only non-observer-status one to have met all of the others. Shizu knows about everyone but hasn't necessarily met them.
-Hua and Amaya sometimes travel together, and like each other, but don't have much in common.
-Wuqiong and Shizu are unbeatable at charades.
-SQ and Yun both actively keep an eye on Kaori.
-Since Wineberry and Miru are friends, Wineberry is stuck hanging out with Tarou a lot. She finds him kinda obnoxious but doesn't say anything. Tarou doesn't really like Wineberry either.
-Something already kinda touched upon: Shizu's an information broker (sort of) with Chouri as her most major client. Kotori and Kururi also go to her sometimes, but can usually get info on their own.
-Aroku and Tarou see one another as rivals.
-Rrisa plays bass, Rhosyn on drums, Pianoloid/Abscissa plays piano. Vocalist, sax/trumpet are undetermined atm. (if ever)

Groups within Fantasticity

The Parades

Within Fantasticity, there's a group in charge of lots of things. Typically these include public appearances and politics. This such group is known as the Parades, named aptly because they're the ones who throw parades.
Notable members are Ruby and Lemm.
The Parades are slowly trying to gain control of the city and the powers that exist within it. The group's use of city control is unknown.
The Parades know of the Organization and regard it poorly. The Organization watches the Parades carefully. It is predicted that an all out war between the two groups is inevitable, even if they have different purposes and end goals.

Kururi takes over this group for a short period of time. Disrearche eventually comes and reorganizes it after she leaves it a mess, and remains the permanent leader. The previous leader before Kururi is unknown.

The Organization

The largest group within the city. Typically this is a place for those with powers to learn more about them, and then act as members who help the group and the city as a whole. While the main building is hidden in a small pocket universe running parallel to the city, most of the members live throughout the city itself.
Run by Kotori/Andromeda with the purpose to keep the city/world alive and relatively out of trouble. She, being an observer entity, interfered.

The Heaps

The city's undercity, run by the Night Queen, also known as Queen of the Heaps. The Heaps isn't so much a group as it is a culture. Gangs like Chou's run here.
The Heaps tries to stay out of the eye of anyone, but the Organization knows of its existence (and calls it the Undercity), and the Parades are trying to shut it down (and failing. They call it Crime Central).
This group is not mutually exclusive to other groups, and even have members from the Parades.

The Gallery

The art world of the city, focused on the elegance found. Pia, Vio, Viola, etc are notable members. This subculture is not just musicians, but visual artists, writers, etc that meet and form the art world network.
This is the group generally uninterested by the politics of the city, while simultaneously being the most affected by them. Not mutually exclusive to this group, many are part of the Organization and the Heaps, some even belonging to the Parade (though these are the only ones with interest in politics).

A notable member of The Gallery is Kaori Lin. For a number of arcs, she serves as leader despite the group not actually having a leader. Kaori is regarded highly among the Gallery, for her work, but isn't sure how she became well liked.

The Heaps

Within the v4 SoDverse (Fantasticity) exists an undercity full of gambling, a black market, gangs, etc. This is constantly known as the Heaps by those who are part of it. To those who aren't a member, there is no name.
The Queen of the Heap and the Heap Princess have no relation to one another.
The Queen is essentially the strongest person, the Heap's number one. She holds the most power in the undercity and people look up to her. The title also comes with the responsibility to hide the Heaps from non-members, police, etc. She's good. Also sometimes known as the Night Queen by some circles.
The Heap Princess is a girl no one's really sure exists. She's kind of a folk figure who people see when drunk or tired (etc). Not a single person has ever identified her as Syyyn Anders. Seeing her is said to bring good fortune in the romance department.

Timelines of the Soaring universe

v1 (SOAR) - Shizu and Taer date. Kotori and Aroku constantly fight over food. Most don't have weird powers (the Sogone's, and any character not created with powers). Roy and Myra aren't siblings but still bother one another. Roy and November aren't dating. Kotori runs SOAR, but mostly works with Shizu, Taera, Taer, and Aroku. (Old timeline)

v2 (The Organization)- Shizu is ace. Kotori is more competent as leader, Aroku's entire personality isn't based on food. Every named character except Roy has weird powers. Roy and November are engaged. Kotori runs the Organization, a school and company that focuses on the betterment of the world from the shadows. It all started when Kotori interfered and became Andromeda. (current timeline)

v3 - Anjing is a noble, as is Chou. Receivers and Transmitters have slightly more emphasis. Kotori and her underlings remain somewhat similar, except Kotori is the Antagonist running a secret society called SOAR that wants to challenge the world. Likely the original world Wanderers come from. (current alternate timeline)

v4 (Fantasticity) - Similar to v2, but takes place in a large city and focuses moreso on the ins and outs and happenings of the city rather than the characters. Non-powered characters might have power and vice versa, but those with power are known solely by number. Kotori is Zero. Shizu is a private information broker who eventually flees (possibly comes back) from the Numbers.

v4.2 (The Organization in Fantasticity) - essentially v2 but in a large city rather than pocket dimension. The Organization has a tower. Students don't have a uniform. The Organization helps with housing but doesn't have dorms. Focuses on the characters within the city.
(alternate: v4.2.1 - the Organization has a pocket dimension within the city, but focuses more on the city)
