The girl with horns who serves as the second in command to the Queen of the Heap is called Anemone. Real name is given, but as no one within Fantasticity besides Yun and the Long sisters can pronounce it, is called Anemone.
She's classified as a demon, but it's not quiiite that, and hides her existence from most. But, openly walks about the Heaps. People belonging to the Heaps tend to know who she is and that she's someone to be feared, but seem to forget her as soon as they leave. Her appearance of red skin and horns is only ever addressed when people are afraid of her/being chased out, and never brought up any other time. Perhaps only the Night Queen can see her true appearance, and everyone else thinks they're so scared they're hallucinating.
Likes cute things. If Chou goes through an arc where she learns to like more girly things/accept that she likes them, Anemone will be the first person to help out.
Typically interested in lolita fashion. Pretends to be the victim or like nothing's wrong, but will fess up for the sake of the Night Queen. Good at thievery and cheating, but puts her skills to use to catch the thieves and cheaters.
Dyes her hair typically shades of purple or blue, sometimes hot pink.
During the prologue, Anemone is often thrown out by the Night Queen for typically stealing, cheating, etc. They strike a deal where Anemone becomes the second in command and given asylum for her stopping. She's still allowed to gamble (and makes all her money this way) but can't cheat or steal.
Anemone and the Queen of the Heap eventually date one another.
keeping track of random stuff. I mostly use this blog for drafts and lists of stuff I have in mobile games.

Rising's [redacted]
Among Fantasticity, there's the most popular idol group, Rising. Members include Lanying, Wuqiong, and [redacted]. Wuqiong is primarily the producer/manager, but steps in sometimes to perform as well. She has a small following, but nowhere near just Lanying and [redacted]. Lanying and [redacted] get along on a surface level but have never had the time or desire to get to know one another past that.
[redacted] is also a member of the Parades, but to each group, the other identity is a secret. Goes by Kreya in the idol group, and by [redacted 2] in the Parades. Both appearances are different enough, but she knows the act can't go on forever. [redacted] is in both groups purely for power/fame. She knows if the Parades knew of her idoldom, they'd take advantage of her connections and reputation, which she'd rather do on her own schedule.
[redacted] has two sets of fake identities. Names on documentation prior to entry to the Parades actually say "[redacted]", though it's also a placeholder name for the purposes of this post.
Timeline of [redacted]
-came to the city in pursuit of power
-scouted by Wuqiong, originally thought it was a stupid idea but came to the realization that it may be useful.
-joined Rising, which was the name chosen for the duo of Lanying and [redacted]. To get out of certain things and to free up her own schedule, suggested that Wuqiong also stand in the spotlight sometimes
-after about a year, bought a second identity in case it was necessary. Adopted a second act/personality/appearance to join the Parades
-Much lobbying/connections later, joined the Parades under a second name.
-Is about the sixth most powerful Parades member
-Is influential from her idol status
-a brilliant actor who can change identities with ease. She doesn't know she has this power, but uses it daily. Neither her identity in the Parades or in Rising are her real identities.

Fantasticity Building Masterpost
Character List (links to designs, likely broken links. Outdated list)
CharaHub link (Character list up to date, not all have full body art linked)

Groups within Fantasticity
The Parades
Within Fantasticity, there's a group in charge of lots of things. Typically these include public appearances and politics. This such group is known as the Parades, named aptly because they're the ones who throw parades.
Notable members are Ruby and Lemm.
The Parades are slowly trying to gain control of the city and the powers that exist within it. The group's use of city control is unknown.
The Parades know of the Organization and regard it poorly. The Organization watches the Parades carefully. It is predicted that an all out war between the two groups is inevitable, even if they have different purposes and end goals.
Kururi takes over this group for a short period of time. Disrearche eventually comes and reorganizes it after she leaves it a mess, and remains the permanent leader. The previous leader before Kururi is unknown.
The Organization
The largest group within the city. Typically this is a place for those with powers to learn more about them, and then act as members who help the group and the city as a whole. While the main building is hidden in a small pocket universe running parallel to the city, most of the members live throughout the city itself.
Run by Kotori/Andromeda with the purpose to keep the city/world alive and relatively out of trouble. She, being an observer entity, interfered.
The Heaps
The city's undercity, run by the Night Queen, also known as Queen of the Heaps. The Heaps isn't so much a group as it is a culture. Gangs like Chou's run here.
The Heaps tries to stay out of the eye of anyone, but the Organization knows of its existence (and calls it the Undercity), and the Parades are trying to shut it down (and failing. They call it Crime Central).
This group is not mutually exclusive to other groups, and even have members from the Parades.
The Gallery
The art world of the city, focused on the elegance found. Pia, Vio, Viola, etc are notable members. This subculture is not just musicians, but visual artists, writers, etc that meet and form the art world network.
This is the group generally uninterested by the politics of the city, while simultaneously being the most affected by them. Not mutually exclusive to this group, many are part of the Organization and the Heaps, some even belonging to the Parade (though these are the only ones with interest in politics).
A notable member of The Gallery is Kaori Lin. For a number of arcs, she serves as leader despite the group not actually having a leader. Kaori is regarded highly among the Gallery, for her work, but isn't sure how she became well liked.

The Heaps
Within the v4 SoDverse (Fantasticity) exists an undercity full of gambling, a black market, gangs, etc. This is constantly known as the Heaps by those who are part of it. To those who aren't a member, there is no name.
The Queen of the Heap and the Heap Princess have no relation to one another.
The Queen is essentially the strongest person, the Heap's number one. She holds the most power in the undercity and people look up to her. The title also comes with the responsibility to hide the Heaps from non-members, police, etc. She's good. Also sometimes known as the Night Queen by some circles.
The Heap Princess is a girl no one's really sure exists. She's kind of a folk figure who people see when drunk or tired (etc). Not a single person has ever identified her as Syyyn Anders. Seeing her is said to bring good fortune in the romance department.

Timelines of the Soaring universe
v1 (SOAR) - Shizu and Taer date. Kotori and Aroku constantly fight over food. Most don't have weird powers (the Sogone's, and any character not created with powers). Roy and Myra aren't siblings but still bother one another. Roy and November aren't dating. Kotori runs SOAR, but mostly works with Shizu, Taera, Taer, and Aroku. (Old timeline)
v2 (The Organization)- Shizu is ace. Kotori is more competent as leader, Aroku's entire personality isn't based on food. Every named character except Roy has weird powers. Roy and November are engaged. Kotori runs the Organization, a school and company that focuses on the betterment of the world from the shadows. It all started when Kotori interfered and became Andromeda. (current timeline)
v3 - Anjing is a noble, as is Chou. Receivers and Transmitters have slightly more emphasis. Kotori and her underlings remain somewhat similar, except Kotori is the Antagonist running a secret society called SOAR that wants to challenge the world. Likely the original world Wanderers come from. (current alternate timeline)
v4 (Fantasticity) - Similar to v2, but takes place in a large city and focuses moreso on the ins and outs and happenings of the city rather than the characters. Non-powered characters might have power and vice versa, but those with power are known solely by number. Kotori is Zero. Shizu is a private information broker who eventually flees (possibly comes back) from the Numbers.
v4.2 (The Organization in Fantasticity) - essentially v2 but in a large city rather than pocket dimension. The Organization has a tower. Students don't have a uniform. The Organization helps with housing but doesn't have dorms. Focuses on the characters within the city.
(alternate: v4.2.1 - the Organization has a pocket dimension within the city, but focuses more on the city)

Classes
Human
General humans. Most in the SoDverse have extra powers.
Subclass: Magician
Magicians use magic consciously, unlike espers or passive magic users.
Subclass: Esper
Espers are those with psychic ability, who can use their abilities consciously.
Subclass: Immortal
Not much is known other than the fact that they can't die by ordinary means.
Observer-class
Mysterious beings with strong magical abilities. They seem to be a level or two higher than humans, in that they, well, observe everything. It is taboo for them to interfere with the human world.
Subclass: ???-tier
The ???-tier Observers have alter egos, who are more powerful but less interested in the world. Generally, they're all barefoot.
Wanderer
Wanderers are former other-classes who lost themselves. They wander aimlessly around the world, without need for sleep or food (though most do sleep). They interact with humans as they please, but are often not remembered in the end. They can teleport between a few places that are important to them. They're somewhat similar to Ghosts, but they have a physical form.
Spirit/ghost
Spirits/ghosts are the souls of the dead who stuck around. Only certain medium-like humans can see them (but most other classes can see them). There's also a jazz band some of them sometimes play in.
Element
Elements are, well, elements. They're beings who are their respective element, and can take another form at will.
Fairy
Fairies come from a parallel world, and intrinsically use magic.
Shapeshifter
Shapeshifters change forms. Most shapeshifters are human, so their other forms are generally not as human-like. Shapeshifters in the SoDverse are generally long-lived.
Subclass: Volans
Vampire form. Bat wings sprout from the head. Able to drink blood. Volans often age to maturity quickly, but then stop aging until death.
Subclass: Paradoxical
Bird form. Eyesight drastically lowers, but other senses heighten.
Subclass: [dragon]
Dragon form. Fire magic gets stronger, but scales appear.
Zodiacal
Generally male. Beings from otherlands who are, put simply, chimera. The exception is the [dragon] subclass, who is a shapeshifter also.
Alien
In the SoDverse, aliens are strictly from another planet in the same universe. They originally tried taking over the world, but were stopped by the interfering Observers.

Kaori Lin
-Roughly 4000 years old
-Used to be a bird (still is, but used to be just an ordinary bird)
-For a long time, she was a poor nomad forced to wander without a destination, hauling her birdcage with her.
-By chance of magic, she became Rhea. Rhea shrunk the birdcage making it easier to carry.
-All three forms of Lin have no idea about the other ones. Well, Rhea has the vague sense that she's someone else, but doesn't know more than that.
-Am follows Rosette wholeheartedly, because she feels a strange connection.
-Rhea is a ???-tier like Andromeda and Rosette. If a fight broke out between Andromeda and Rosette (who see themselves as rivals), Rhea wouldn't choose a side.
-Rhea has no magic, but is a brilliant tactician. While the other two are strongest on their own, Rhea could fight them evenly if she rallied people together. Rhea's good with people.
-Kaori's name follows the naming conventions I used with Kotori and Kururi. K-ri. This is the K-ri triad.

Celia and Amaya
Celia
-A slightly higher class servant, serving nobles. Part of the training for this was learning to be a bodyguard if needed, thus, she is strong.
-Able to see the past with the exact limitations that Amaya has in seeing the future.
-ie, if she's in a room with someone, she might be able to see important things from their past. Their former decisions, dark histories, etc...Of course, this isn't always helpful, though it is accurate.
-She's "seen" her own birth (which wasn't exactly pleasant). She can't "see" too much before that.
-This was discovered, and as Amaya usually runs off and becomes the queen of thieves, Celia was adopted into the family.
-Celia knows she's only backup, in the event that Amaya does something stupid and dies. She's still very formal around the family (and well, it is a fairly formal family).
-She and Amaya aren't really close but are friendly toward one another. Amaya is the closest thing Celia has as a friend.
-She's timid in nature, always afraid she's doing something wrong. She fears the day they kick her out. She has no idea what she'd do then.
-Remains in contact with her birth mother, who lives in a place Amaya regularly visits. She goes under the guise of "protecting Amaya from any harm", but everyone knows why she really goes there.
-Possibly related to a man named C Baker, from a neighboring town.
-Much more orderly than Amaya (wears both earrings instead of one)
Amaya
-Born into nobility, it was clear she would take over for her father eventually. What exactly he does is something only these three know.
-Hates formalities and runs off most nights (sometimes days too). She travels around the city most of the time, but every so often, leaves to travel with a group of nomads.
-Gambles and tells fortunes for people on the street when away.
-Very bold in nature
-Likes Celia, but knows not to drag her along everywhere.
-Scary accurate at predicting the future. She's never been wrong. She only sees things once in a while, though, and she has to be in the same room as the future of the thing she sees.
-She knows the date of her death and dreads that day (as she will be murdered). No one else knows that she knows. She has no idea who'll kill her or why. She also can't "see" beyond that date.
-She is actively trying to prevent Celia's death as well, but hasn't told anyone.

Anjing
-She's blind, but tries really hard to hide it. She gets around pretty well.
-She hates shoes since she can use her feet as claws if needed.
-Unlike the rest of her family, her clothing doesn't change between forms.
-In her bat form, she is essentially a vampire. She stops herself from eating people (unless they consent and have a one night stand or whatever) and instead hunts animals.
-Her power is very limited. She can only transform at night, and only for a short amount of time. Like everyone else, sleep forces her to change back. Also, if she drinks blood, she doesn't need to eat for a few days.
-For her, drinking blood is much more efficient, as even just a pint can hold her over for about 36hrs. When in human form, she has to eat a lot.
-She doesn't look her age. No one's really sure how old she actually is (though she's considerably young for a pseudo-vampire. At least two years younger than Heizen) No one has any idea how long she'll live. Also, she grew to about her size when she was six, and has stayed roughly the same since.
-Unlike her family, she was born with white hair and it's turned black (everyone else is the other way around). She's apparently young enough to not have completely outgrown her hair change.
-She sleeps for about two weeks straight every other year. Otherwise she takes quick hour long naps here and there, but otherwise doesn't really need to sleep.
